Suitable for all hair types, particularly with tones 7 and 8. Premium Bleaching Powder. Up to 9 levels of brightening; intense and reliable. Highly effective Keratin protects and strengthens fine to very fine hair. Gently but effectivly neutralises gold and yellow reflections in medium to light hair. Lilac, ultra-fine, dust-free powder. For ideal results: 10vol or 20vol Oxidant Cream with a mixing ratio of 1:2. For a light, clear blond result.
